The Onrego Ecosystem

A few blog posts ago I wrote that Onrego is gathering great partners in its ecosystem. Now it’s time to write a little more about The Onrego Ecosystem, what it’s all about and who are the members of it. And what is the most important: how can our clients benefit from The Onrego Ecosystem.

Since the first heartbeat of Onrego Ltd we started to build an ecosystem because it was obvious we couldn’t do what we were planning on doing just by ourselves. For example, with The Onrego Ecosystem, we can deliver Onrego Solution Accelerator service and MSI and App-V packaging services to our clients.

I have three case examples of how our clients have benefit from The Onrego Ecosystem and also how have the members benefit from it as well.

One great example of the power of Onrego Ecosystem is the major deal with Finnish municipalities. Our partner in this case is Centero Oy, that delivers MSI and App-V packaging services with us. Huge opportunity for Centero Oy and great addition to Onrego Online System Center workstation management that definitely greats more value to Finnish municipalities!

Another great example is Onrego Solution Accelerator and Microsoft SQL Server disasters. With Onrego Solution Accelerator our clients can have world class experts to help them with problems such as Microsoft SQL Server crashes. If servers are being monitored with Onrego Online System Center, our clients can escalate alerts to Onrego Solution Accelerator to get instant disaster recovery help for the matter. In one particular case our Onrego Solution Accelerator member Qumio Ltd saved the production of one of our client and prevented million euros lost when their Microsoft SQL Server had been crashed. Great work and great value to our client!

Third great example of The Onrego Ecosystem is our partnership with Verco Ltd. With Verco we can provide additional ITSM planning and implementation services to our clients on Onrego Online System Center Service Desk solution, based on Microsoft System Center Service Manager.

Announcement: Onrego in Cooperation with Lemonquat

Today we have launched a new press release about the cooperation of Onrego and Lemonquat. Let me explain what this means.

As I wrote in my post The Future is Cloud Based, we had over 150 meetings with clients and partners during Fall 2012. We found out that there are lots of companies that are interested in cloud services but which does not yet have a decent cloud strategy or roadmap. With this in mind, we decided to start cooperating with Lemonquat Ltd, a Finnish company focusing on management consulting and service integrations.

Onrego and Onrego’s clients benefit from Lemonquat in many ways. Lemonquat is a trusted advisor in aligning ICT with business needs and can help our clients to reshape their ICT strategy. Lemonquat can also design cloud strategies and roadmaps for our clients and their expertise in outsourcing is very useful because cloud services can be seen as the next generation of outsourcing. Or should we say “as cloudsourcing”.
